Paul and James

In this episode Jason explores how Saul of Tarsus (the Apostle Paul) and James, the brother of Jesus—both originally hostile to Jesus—experienced dramatic conversions after claiming encounters with the risen Christ. Drawing on Scripture (including 1 Corinthians 15), historical sources, and scholarly commentary, the episode argues that these radical changes provide strong circumstantial evidence supporting the resurrection. Jason reviews Paul’s violent persecution turned passionate apostleship, and James’s journey from skeptic within Jesus’ own family to leader of the Jerusalem church, concluding that their transformations point to encounters with the risen Jesus and strengthen the case for His resurrection.
